After graduating from UC Davis in 2004, Nora N Zuniga began her professional career supporting small business owners across the US, quickly becoming a trusted and valuable asset. Her passion for helping others shone through as she built strong, personal relationships with her clients—a hallmark of her approach that would later shape her career. This commitment to meaningful client connections inspired her to launch her own benefits firm in 2014, focusing on the bigger picture of healthcare for small businesses (under 100 employees).
California is home to a thriving entrepreneurial community, with 3.9 million small business owners, representing 99.8% of all businesses in the state. Through her experience working with small businesses, Nora saw firsthand the challenges they face: retaining talent, navigating limited service from providers and vendors, overwhelming administrative tasks and overburdened owners wearing multiple hats.
